Stephanie Louise: A Star is born! She talks about her Fitness Regime and Success Secrets

Stephanie Louise is an exceptionally talented Australian glamour and fashion model. She has featured for many leading brands like @bodyscience Vitamins/supplements, Zaful Español Global Fashion Brand, @kykhaircare KYK Hair Care, and @hawt_ apparel Active wear |Lounge |Bikinis Clothing (Brand). She is the new star on the glamour modeling horizon with immense potential.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Stephanie Louise an Australian glamour and fashion model, here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, her beauty secrets and success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born in Australia. Tell us more about your early education and training. You later started working as a professional glamour and fashion model. This propelled your modeling career to the height where you have been a leading fashion and glamour model. Tell us more about your journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Stephanie Louise:

As a young girl I grew up in Perth, Western Australia with 3 brothers but that never stopped me from being ? a girly girl that loved fashion. My family always teased me about my outfits haha but I always knew I was just ahead of the trends, confidence is key. I started modeling at very young age of 7. I loved it and I idolized my modeling teacher at the time. She was also a hairdresser which then fed my passion to my future career.

I studied hairdressing from the age of 14 which I then I had to put my modeling hobby to the side, I just didn’t have time for both. I got to see what it was like being on the other side of the camera; creating looks and styling on set which I enjoyed but naturally as time went on I still wanted to get back in front of the camera.

I used my social media as a platform to create and showcase content of my fashion and body sculpting. It takes allot of courage to be vulnerable and put yourself out there but I always looked at it differently. Like I was showcasing art. It’s easier to ignore the negativity because it’s only natural that we won’t all like or appreciate the same work of art.

Namita Nayyar:

You have one of the most perfect chiseled sculpted physique. Women and Models of your age aspire to be just like you. Tell us the secret to this stunning personality?

Stephanie Louise:

Well my biggest secret is my amazing coach Paulie V. His understanding of the body and sculpture is 2nd to none. It takes a lot of hard work, self-motivation and persistence to push your body out of its comfort zone to achieve results. I have always been motivated to work hard and I can be a little competitive with myself sometimes ha-ha.

Fitness for me is my own personal time that I allow myself to not just feel physically strong but also mentally fit as well. People, money and life opportunities can come and go but no one can take away your inner and outer strength that’s your own creation.

Namita Nayyar:

You are a leading media personality, glamour model, influencer, fitness icon, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multidimensional lifestyle?

Stephanie Louise:

I truly love it! It’s not really work when you enjoy every minute of it and when it comes to fashion, well let’s say it’s my extreme passion. I’m extremely social I love talking to and meeting new people I love hearing peoples stories and what makes them who they are you could honestly leave me anywhere and I’m sure within 10 mins you would find chatting someone up. Communication is our biggest learning tool and it’s free. When I represent brands it’s because I truly believe in them. I would never represent anything I wouldn’t use myself.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Stephanie Louise:

I always enjoy leg day the most. Here are my favourite sets for leg day:

  • Warm up x2 sets 15reps squats with a booty band
  • Deadlifts x5 sets of 15 reps
  • Leg press x5 sets 15 reps
  • Bulgarian split squats x5 15reps
  • Leg extensions x5 15 reps

I always finish my workouts with abs & I love crunches on the medicine ball and plank until I drop.
